Simply select your most targeted keywords/phrases and bid. The amount that you bid determines your position in the search results. The highest bidder''s listing is ranked first, with others ranked below in descending order of bids. How does the bid system work? First, you set up your bidding account and enter your site information. Then, you provide us with the search terms you would like to bid on along with the bid amount for the keyword/phrase. Within two hours, your listing will appear in the search results (based on the level you bid upon). If you bid a higher amount than the existing listing toptenlist at a certain position (such as #1), your site will now hold that position. What keywords/phrases can I choose? You can select any keyword/phrase that is relevant to your site/company service or product toptenlist offering. There is no limit to the number of keywords/phrases you can bid on. How can I control my budget? Our BidBoss Proxy Bidding function allows you to enter a maximum bid for a keyword/phrase. The system automatically bids for you to ensure that you pay just enough to remain on top and not a penny more. SearchBoss also allows you to set spending limits based on hourly, daily, weekly or monthly amounts, so you can control your spending. CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing. The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of such Client''s listing in a search results list. SearchBoss continually updates placement based upon the ongoing results of the bids for placement. CLIENT PAYMENT The Client agrees to pay SearchBoss based on the number of clicks by a user on your search listing multiplied by the amount which you have bid to pay for each click on your search toptenlist listing. The amount of clicks are measured by tracking reports prepared by SearchBoss and you understand and agree that such report shall be the only and definitive measure of the amount of clicks. A deposit of at least $20 shall be paid to SearchBoss to begin services to the Client. If Client decides to cancel account, SearchBoss will refund 80% of their current account balance, however will not refund amounts under $10.
