The Client agrees to pay all charges to its account in accordance with SearchBoss''s terms then if effect at the time a fee is incurred. Client acknowledges that its payment obligation hereunder is based solely on the number of clicks and not on a Client''s ability to convert clicks to sales. Client agrees that SearchBoss may charge provided credit card upon the issuance of tracking report reflecting the number of clicks. The Client represents toprankedjobsites that all payment information provided to SearchBoss will be accurate and complete. In the event that SearchBoss is unable to charge a Client''s credit card, SearchBoss may, in its sole discretion, supspend or terminate the Client''s participation in the Client Program. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES You represent that you are the authorized owner or representative of the website(s) for which links are requested and that toprankedjobsites such site(s) is not involved in any illegal activity, hate activity (whether racial or otherwise) and does not contain any libelous matter.

CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the toprankedjobsites SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing. The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of toprankedjobsites such Client''s listing in a search toprankedjobsites results list. SearchBoss continually updates placement based upon the ongoing results of the bids for placement. CLIENT PAYMENT toprankedjobsites The Client agrees to pay SearchBoss based on the number of clicks by a user on your search listing multiplied by the amount which you have bid to pay for each click on your search listing. The amount of clicks are measured by tracking reports prepared by SearchBoss and you toprankedjobsites understand and agree that such report shall be the toprankedjobsites and toprankedjobsites only and definitive measure of the toprankedjobsites amount of clicks. A deposit of at least $20 shall be paid to SearchBoss to begin services to the Client. If Client decides to cancel account, SearchBoss will refund 80% of their current account balance, however will not refund amounts under $10.
